Linking facilities

Beursgebouw Eindhoven is a multipurpose but empty hall. This means that you are completely free to arrange and fit out the hall according to your requirements.

 

We are quite happy to think along with the organizer and we can offer suggestions with regard to linking facilities where possible. In doing so we are looking for ways to help realise budgetary advantages for organizers.

 

If it is possible to put up facilities sooner or take these down later, we offer the possibility of publishing these facilities on the website of Beursgebouw Eindhoven. When you are organizing an event and you are looking for a location with additional facilities, you can easily see if there are any other organizers who wish to have “identical” facilities. In this way you could share facilities and therefore reduce costs.

 

Linkable facilities are e.g. stages, lighting and sound equipment, market stalls, grandstands, conference interior props, et cetera.

 

The following linkable facilities have been announced:

We can offer you the advantage of using available dates in the near future by offering you a discount. This discount is valid for a date in the next period of two months maximum, and a higher graduated discount on the empty hall rent will be offered as the dates are approaching, e.g.;
